She is certified & experienced in Lymphatic Drainage, Pre/Postnatal, Myofascial Release, Professional Sports Therapy & Neuromuscular Therapy. Whether you desire a wellness massage, work on chronic injury and trauma, or prenatal treatments, she is able to meet you where you are on your journey to healing. Ach’Sah stays humbled by her experience in birth work + therapeutic services. When asked what led her to Neuromuscular Therapy, she says, “A higher power. Practicing therapeutic work; helping the body recover from stress, trauma and/or physical injury is greater than one. This work I hold dear to my heart.” When Ach’Sah is not providing therapeutic services or practicing birth work she is highlighting women and their stories through photography & writing. “This journey continues to be inspiring.
